In order to enable cors feature, set those ENV variables:

STATS__SERVER__HTTP__CORS__ENABLED=true
STATS__SERVER__HTTP__CORS__ALLOWED_ORIGIN="http://localhost:8080, https://eth.blockscout.com, https://eth-goerli.blockscout.com"
