️🛠 - Change add known network to toggles and confirm data deletion when toggled off

Task description

When adding a new known network the user should just switch the toggle on and it should be added in the background. A notification can be displayed.

When disabling a known network we can prompt the user with a dialogue box to confirm they want to turn it off. We can also provide them with a checkbox to keep or delete the historical data.
