Allow numpy >=1.24 instead of requiring numpy <1.24.0

It would be great if tsfresh supported numpy 1.24 and above. Currently <1.24 is enforced (details).

Is the support for this on the agenda already?

Actually, core tsfresh is compatible with the newest numpy (or better, nearly compatible with it, I will add a small PR in a second to fix the remaining incompatibilities). The errors you see come from stumpy (which is not compatible with the newest numpy due to its dependency on numba). The next release of numba will fix this and the release is due soon (numba/numba#8921). Once this (an the small fix I will post soon) is released, tsfresh will be compatible with the newest numpy

This has been fixed @sotte - the newest tsfresh version 0.20.1 and the newest numpa make it compatible with the newest numpy version :)
