从camera采集的视频，通过gl渲染处理后用mediacodec编码后的h264视频视频流，只想利用mMediaPublisher.starPublish()推流，不利用mMediaPublisher的Gather，Encoder部分，在smaple的基础上改如何快速实现呢？谢谢

直接使用PublishJni就可以。
