Publish on the Airtable extension marketplace

It would be neat if we could publish this extension on the Airtable extension marketplace. This would make setting it up on new bases much easier.

Some changes:

• If it's more public, we want people to better understand how to use the extension. Maybe we want to make the UI more intuitive, or provide better public user docs that we could link to.
• We can't hardcode OpenAI and Anthropic API keys (including organisation IDs, and perhaps other config values around rate limits). We probably therefore need some settings panel that stores these details.
• The deploy script probably need to change? How do deployments even work - are they subject to approval and do they need manual actions?
