Source for all binary files

For the sake of maintaining the project, it might be helpful to include the source files from which the binaries have all been built. Knowing the origin will make it easier to replace each with updated versions when necessary.

I'm happy to contribute by gathering all of this, but not sure if these were compiled from source or downloaded from other projects. Once I have a clearer picture of certain details, like settings used to compile, etc., I can also add a GitHub workflow file to trigger actions automating build, packaging and release to ease the process of updating gow's dependencies so that the project requires less maintenance to some extent.

FYI Some of the links in the Readme used the old wiki URL syntax (GitHub changed it, which broke those links). I've fixed the links and made some other adjustments to formatting.
