Please provide build instructions, either with b2 or with cmake.

Would be useful. It's been a month or a bit more that I'm context switching trying to find documentation on how to build graph_parallel, and I'm still stuck.

I see that there are build instructions nested in .github/workflows/ci.yml.

Remarks: 1. The tests do not pass anymore. 2. The ubuntu versions are not up to date 3. This does not provide installation instructions.
