Just a quick thought as I keep repeating this step myself, especially in times of Xcode beta:
When selecting Developer Tools as a product it might make sense and be feasible to obtain and fill in Xcode Version and (System) Configuration automatically.

It should be noted that xcodebuild -version uses the "active" Xcode version as selected with xcode-select. It's not necessarily the one you're reporting the radar for. (The same would apply to the OS version if you're running a VM, but that's probably rarer.)
