In some cases, whitespace processing is affected when a comment is inserted. This should obviously not happen.

Work around Dotify bugs in white space processing

- When a comment in OBFL is surrounded by white space, Dotify removes
  the white space.
- Make sure white space following a br element is stripped, also when it is
  directly preceded by a marker element
- Make sure white space around marker elements is properly collapsed.
