Minor enhancements (Add any you feel would improve the project)

• Add borders in application/reminders list to help separate sections
• Add green river logo to navbar to replace GRC ATT and possibly link to green river home page
• Fix button styling on update/delete buttons on dashboards
• Change toggle dark mode button to look different than sign up button like a switch or something
• add alternating shades for rows in application/reminders list to help separate sections
• adjust "date title status" row on applications so that row doesn't scroll with the rest of the items
