Prepare for rewrite using randonneur

We want to move from the current input and output data formats to something more flexible based on randonneur. The goal is to make this repository include data attributes not normally included in the Input flow lists or Output flow mapping, and to make 1-to-N conversions more explicit. Using randonneur should also make it possible to use these matching lists directly in Brightway.

• Add elementary flow lists from ecoinvent 3.6, 3.7.1, 3.8, and 3.9.1
• Convert the given elementary flow list from SimaPro
• Add inputs from two SimaPro database exports
