After some mails piled up in my queue due to #66, I'm now blocked temporarily by gmail because it logs in for every single message it sends:

smtp: Failed: 454 4.7.0 Too many login attempts, please try again later. q2sm68914edj.38 - gsmtp

Could nullmailer-send keep the connection open as long as deliveries don't fail?

I am running into the same issue. @kakra did your messages get sent over time? At the moment I am a little worried that they might never make it through. Did you find out after which time the rate limit resets?

Works here, no messages in "failed", my queue is empty.
