I don't think it's currently possible, but It would be awesome if the Client UUID could be accessed when performing an action. I found a similar discussion around adding it to a python variant. https://community.home-assistant.io/t/extract-apple-user-id-from-homekit-integration/328359/4

For me it would be nice to add logging for who adjusted the thermostat and or turned on a light.
