Question about use a single image as the driver

Hi author, thank you for your great work and great contribution to the community.

The same as #6, I am trying to modify the script to use a single image as the driver.

I found that using a single image directly will result in all black results, so I copied the image 16 times to fake it like a video, but this will greatly increase the inference time

Do you have any suggestions?
