Possibly simplify integration & make architect plugin optional.

Relocate ./server-plugin/www/client.js to ./client.js.

Relocate ./server-plugin/plugin.js to ./server.js, refactor and wrap with ./server-plugin/plugin.js for architect use.

Rename ./server-plugin to ./architect-plugin.

Rename ./demo to ./architect-demo.

Create ./demo for non-architect demo using jamjs.

Rename messageRoute & messagePath to serverRoute & serverMount respectively.
