Eligibility confirm: unnecessary space between field label and "required" indicator

There is a space between the form field label and the "required" indicator. The designs in Figma show there should not be any space between the two.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go through the flow with either MST Courtesy Card or SBMTD Reduced Fare Mobility ID, stopping at the /eligibility/confirm page
2. Notice there is a space between the form field label and the *

Expected behavior

The screen matches Figma, which shows no space.
