Thank you for your wonderful work, but I often encounter incompatibility between various software when I configure the environment in the way you gave, can you please provide a detailed software version number. Especially the version of tensorflow.

We're going to slowly deprecate this repository and move all new work to https://github.com/calico/baskerville where versions will be more carefully handled. I suggest you move there.
