Some of the measurements in the stress measurement toolbox function can be terribly slow (e.g., spatial autocorrelation). If we add checkboxes to the toolboxes, we could configure it so that a user can only do some of the analysis and not have to always wait for an eternity.

The categories to check/uncheck could be

  • Stress anisotropies
  • Spatial autocorrelation
  • Temporal autocorrelation
  • ellipsoid deviation analysis
