Parameters in droplet reconstruction in microns

Would help to be able to set parameters more easily and understand what they mean - maybe the defaults could be set depending on size of droplet\physical pixel sizes set? Maybe build in links/tooltips into the toolbox that lead to documentation pages where these parameters are explained?

Also, it should be so that this consistent with the later-calculated pointclouds (which are in physical coordinates, anyway).

I made some changes towards this in the latest version (0.2.5), which you can install explicitly with pip install napari-stress==0.2.5. It should also fix an error that you may have seen popping up when using the reconstruction toolbox.
