Hello Johannes,

after a long hyatus I finally got back to try and do some droplet analysis again.
I am using some control datasets of droplets in agarose (hence I should see no anisotropies).

I can't seem to be able to plot anything (either histograms or download csvs) off the "visualise point cloud features" menu.
I updated napari-stress and the various packages to the latest version before starting.

here is what the python window says (please Report). any insights much appreciated :)
Elena

Hi Johannes,
In fact I realised that you had advised me on this in issue 299 and I managed to export some plots now!

However I still get a message that I should report (but not sure what issue is now!) :

Hi @elena-scarpa ,

I just also happen to be back today from leave, great to hear from you :) Could you tell more on exactly in what workflow/widget this errors appears (the comprehensive stress toolbox?) and could you copy the entire error message?

Also, can I then close #299 if this a duplicate?

Thanks!
Johannes
