Would we always want the HEAD version or should we use specific tag and update deliberately?

HEAD version for now. Might change later, but not anytime soon.

Would be cool to automatically get a PR whenever the proto file changes. That way, the protobuf changes are versioned and can't unexpectedly let build fail.
