Feature request: Slicer Astro

Explore the possibility of installing the 3D visualization tool SlicerAstro. It lets users look at multiple 2D slices of a cube simultaneously (e.g. RA-Dec, RA-vel, and Dec-vel, CARTA does not do this) as well as a 3D view of the cube that you can rotate and shift around. There is also a Python scripting part that is being actively developed.
