Push all charms from x.x/edge to x.x/stable for CKF 1.8

What needs to get done

We need to push all charms of the bundle (latest/edge soon to be 1.8/edge) from their x.x/edge (e.g. 1.8/edge for kubeflow components) channel to x.x/stable (1.8/stable) channel in Charmhub.

Cut track branches issue

We should track issue #745 in order to know which charms haven't yet been published to their x.x/edge.

Why it needs to get done

We need this to create 1.8/stable bundle with charms from 1.8/stable.

Charms that have not been pushed to x.x/stable channels

• argo-controller (we 're waiting for the track in Charmhub https://discourse.charmhub.io/t/request-add-track-3-3-10-to-argo-controller/12602/2)
• envoy
• kfp charms
• kserve-controller
• minio
• oidc-gatekeeper (we 're expecting a fix for oidc-gatekeeper is stuck on self-hosted runners at "Waiting for pod startup to complete" oidc-gatekeeper-operator#112 and a PR to update the image)
• training-operator (we 're expecting a fix for integration-with-profiles tests failed in CI with "Failed to execute kubectl auth" training-operator#136. ATM, tests fail and charm hasn't been published yet to 1.7/edge so it cannot be promoted to stable)

Rest of them have not had their branches cut yet (see #745)
