Context

Update the corresponding rockcraft.yaml file to make sure the version of CKF 1.8 is built.

What needs to get done

  1. Update the rockcraft.yaml for 1.8 version
  2. Add tox.ini to the rockcraft project
  3. Add sanity tests to the rockcraft project

Definition of Done

  • The rockcraft.yaml is updated
  • There are sanity tests in the rockcraft project that run in the CI
