login greeter is reversed on dual monitor setup #348

when i boot into the greeter I need to move my mouse left to get to the right monitor.

This started to happen after upgrading the kernel from 6.7.9 to 6.8.1.

Downgrading to 6.7.9 fixes the issue.

distro is archlinux

nvidia gtx1660ti with nouveau drivers
if i switch to nvidia proprietary driver the issue goes away using kernel 6.8.1

well it looks like this is related to the nouveau gsp firmware being enabled by default on kernel 6.8
If it is disabled everything works as expected.
