Why it needs to get done

In order for us to have our own built OCI Image for that component

This goes hand in hand and we could reuse work from #7

What needs to get done

1. Create a dedicated repo for authservice-rock
2. Create the rockcraft.yaml file
3. Copy our CI automation for building the image on every PR and when a PR is merged

When is the task considered done

• rockcraft.yaml file exists in the new repo
• An image is published once the PR is merged
• (stretch) Have smoke tests for the image, when a PR is opened
