Carbuncle Discord Bot - Terms of Service

Welcome to Carbuncle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Carbuncle, a Discord bot ("the Bot"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Bot. By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Carbuncle, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

  1. Use of the Bot

You may use Carbuncle in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Bot or its servers.

  1. User Conduct

You are responsible for your use of Carbuncle and for any content you provide, including messages and commands. You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

  1. Privacy

Carbuncle may collect and use certain information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Modifications to the Bot

Carbuncle reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Bot or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

  1. Termination

Carbuncle may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to Carbuncle are owned by Carbuncle's developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot without the express written consent of Carbuncle's developers.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Carbuncle does not warrant that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Carbuncle or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

Carbuncle may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Carbuncle website. Your continued use of the Bot after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
