Custom dotenv each recipe

How can dotenv-filename or dotenv-path be defined for each recipe in the justfile configuration?

example:

[group('docker')]
docker-build-dev:
  # TODO: set dotenv-filename := ".env.dev"
  docker compose up -d

[group('docker')]
docker-deploy-prod:
  # TODO: set dotenv-filename := ".env"
  docker compose up -d

There currently isn't a way to do this, unfortunately. You could put the recipe in a submodule, which would have distinct .env file settings.

We could think about adding an attribute:

[dotenv("some.env')]
foo:

But dotenv loading is already insanely convoluted, with the most weird flags with weird interactions with each other, so adding an attribute might just add to the confusion. Like what happens if the .env file for a recipe isn't found? Does it fall back to the existing setting?

You can do the following. If the user specified the date dotenv("some.env'), then it must be present, otherwise it returns an error.
