Add more flags to the resource folder on Gitlab

currently, on /sp/, temporary flags for England, Wales, Scotland have been added. Here's how they render:

Hmm, I see, so:

• England — XE
• Wales — XW
• Scotland — XS

Flags on 4chan are rendered as "sprites" from a bigger image:

The 3 "extension" flags could be added.
Not now though, because I'm currently busy with other stuff.
But at some point in future.

It includes the new flags.
You could see if those work.
