I tried clicking the link to Visual C++ 2015 Update 2 redistributables but it is not available

I can't find it, maybe Update 3 will work.

It might be a good idea to keep this open so that people know, and @cbuchner1 knows to update the README.

For future reference, I just learned today that unlike previous redistributables, Visual C++ 2017 builds upon Visual C++ 2015, so having 2015 installed additionally is no longer necessary if you have 2017 already installed.
