Hello @cemordaunt I am reading through the documentation and was wondering if this tool can be used for non-CpG contexts? I am working with plants and would like to investigate methylation in CHH and CHG contexts, particularly in regions such as transposable elements. If this tool is not suitable, could you suggest other tools that support weighted correlation network analysis for these methylation contexts?
