Incorrect and missing data in Quota

Describe the bug

The stated feedback date is 8.12.2024, while the actual posted WFA date is 9.12.2024. and within the quota that particular shot doesnt appear on the right side list even though the count is correct. And also the specific shot is nowhere to be found in the quota

What is your current computer timezone?
and your timezone in Kitsu? (check in your Avatar > Profile > Timezone)

Note that we have released an important patch regarding timezone support since Kitsu >= 0.19.77

Updated our kitsu to 20.5. and the issue is still there
