bioconda/noarch errors out with Max retries exceeded with url: /v2/channel-mirrors/bioconda/noarch/repodata.json/blobs/uploads/ (Caused by SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL] record layer failure (_ssl.c:2580)')))
