It would be nice to have an automatic alias for mungectl granted for the Slurm snap so that we do not need to manually do the aliasing ourselves within slurm_ops. Having this alias will enable us to simplify the abstractions between the Slurm snap and Debian package as we can just call mungectl directly from a PATH lookup.
