I feel like @CarlFK has opinions here. Any thoughts on why we do? What should we do with the information? Does it help with youtube posting? It feels like any public link of content would already need a license disclaimer on it, so having one at the talk level doesn't make too much sense to me.
I asked him, and the selection here gets passed on to YouTube, archive.org,
and PyVideo with the resulting video.
If it's confusing, maybe we could set a default and/or add an explanation?

Most speakers have no idea on License for talk/slides
Give a tool-tip for what is recommended?
Ensure we are actively using licenses for something while you are at it. Do we need to have this as a field?
