Converting regions to grids - Roadmap

Task process

1. Superimpose square grid on regions of TLC
   a) map region to the grid (Math)
   b) visualize
   c) start with 4 by 4 sq km (Ref Gammelli)
2. Replace Tyler's RL region and superimpose on square grids we made using GeoPanda
   a) Find where to include map call and other references to data from TLC
3. region to grid percentage -> this gives a ratio of demand in the grid
   -> convert grid demand data to Poisson Dist
   -> use centroid of the square grid for vertiport (I will make it random later)
