The objective is to change the current 10km by 10km square map to one of the five boroughs of NY (starting with Manhattan).

  1. Matplotlib - Basemap https://matplotlib.org/basemap/users/intro.html
  2. Julia - OpenStreetMap.jl https://juliapackages.com/p/openstreetmap
