Improvements to cowsay speech bubbles :)

Pending a green light from the package maintainer and the creator of the issue Have gotten the green light from relevant people; would love to improve the way speech bubbles are generated in the cowsay package.

Or have some crazy crossover event with #20 wherein cows (with improved speech bubbles) provide good R tips =p

I love that idea! If @sckott is cool with it this could even be incorporated into cowsay since it fits with some of the other things animals can say.

Shouldn't be hard to incorporate your idea @emilyriederer to allow the user to choose how advanced the tip is by passing this to say's ... argument.
