Just an FYI that Samsung has abandoned DEX an it will not work on Android 10.

Bill I read it was only the Linux on DeX feature? The rest of DeX should work on Android 10 from what I understand

You're most likely right. I read it in quick passing a few times but don't use it. :)

Since I cant test and troubleshoot the installation problem, the package can be transfered to someone else.
When I try to install and start the chocolatey-test-environement, I got a BSOD "System_Service_Exception".
