the version 1038 exist and the version 1040 is only an update, not a complete installer

Just as an FYI to whoever picks up this package, I've unlisted the only version that is approved. We had an abuse report regarding some strange behaviour. On testing, I got some other strange behaviour. Likely down to the post-install AHK script.
