Figure out if there is a late/early attribute coming from MTA and whether we can use it

There is an attribute in the MTA results called "ESchA", and I believe this is what tells the MTA's app whether the vehicle is early, late or on-time. We need to figure out if this is correct, and whether we can trust it.
