I just uploaded the installation script to my chromebrew fork, you can run the following to test it:

CREW_TESTING=1 CREW_TESTING_REPO=https://github.com/supechicken/chromebrew CREW_TESTING_BRANCH=crew-launcher crew update
crew install crew-launcher
crew-launcher help
