A utility to reorder the timestamp bits in an RFC 4122 version 1 (time-based UUID) from the standard middle-endian to sort-friendly big-endian.
From version 1.2.0, this library has basic interoperability with the proposed version 6, which has an identical packing for and semantics for the timestamp fields.
