RA polygon's in map in ckan dataset search page

Should we add the RA polygons to the map on the dataset search page? There is a config setting for this now to add a geojson file to the map. This would also add the polygon to the dataset extent map on each dataset page.

I think there are refined polygons for the ra's now so we could do this.
