No axial correction argument for circular spread functions #45

The resultant_vector_length function allows for an axial correction, but the functions that call resultant_vector_length (e.g. var, std) do not. Is there a reason for this, or should this be added?

I talked to Philipp. I think it might actually be easier to remove the axial_correction completely.
