record_walking.pyを実行したときにコマンドに対して位置・方位の変化が一つずつずれている．
原因を究明する．

３回ずつ（初回だけ２回）同じコマンドを送信して，位置・方位を計測した様子

以下のブランチでコマンドを送信するタイミングを変えてみた．

ズレが無くなったように見える．
