get_all_tweets error about 'data path' and 'directory'.

Hi, I’m trying to collect historical tweets using get_all_tweets function in R.
These are my codes,

and I got error message saying,

Error: There are no files matching the pattern `^data_` in the specified directory.
In addition: Warning message:
Directory already exists. Existing JSON files may be parsed and returned, choose a new path if this is not intended.

Please tell me what should I do.
