; The next two parameters control how a simple fix to the tower position is

; course, or whatever) *relative* to the (primary) runway heading, and a
; distance to move the tower.

; SimpleFixHeading is the relative heading of the vector that determines the
; final tower position, starting from the middle of the runway. Specify values
; in the range (0,359). This angle will be added to the runway heading to
; calculate the final direction of the tower. For example, if you specify 90
; here, the tower will be moved to the right of the runway - if the runway has
; a primary heading of 305, the "heading towards tower" will become 35.

; specific airports directly in this file. The values you set here
; will unconditionally override all other values autower considers.
; For any airport, you can redefine its name (Name), its x/y coordinates
; (Latitude/Longitude), and its z coordinate (Altitude) independently.
; (i.e., not all of these settings need to be applied to an airport at
; once: you could decide to only change its name, or its tower altitude).

; These settings present a simple alternative to the more complicated
; procedure of modifying the actual airport definition (i.e., the
; AFCAD file that FS9 uses). It is up to you to decide which method you
; employ. Setting values here is simple, but the results are only
; considered by autower itself. Conversely, modifying the AFCAD is
; more complicated, but the changes will affect FS9 itself, and all
; installed addons which make use of the information (including autower).

; Three more things to note:
; --------------------------
; First, whatever you set here will *only* apply to autower. For example,
; changing the name of an airport will only change autower's notices when
; it switches to a new airport ("tower@...."), it will NOT change the
; airport's name within Flight Simulator itself.
;
; Second, setting concrete coordinates will cause autower to unconditionally
; obey these settings (i.e., if latitude and longitude are set, the SimpleFix*
; settings are ignored; similarly, if an altitude is set, the tower height is
; not calculated automatically anymore).
;
; Finally, when experimenting with these settings, I strongly recommend
; to use the executable version of autower (possibly in conjunction with the
; debug mode) -- e.g. when changing KLAX coordinates, run it as "autower KLAX".
; This allows for a very fast adaptation of your settings: quit autower,
; change autower.ini, start autower, and immediately verify and see the results.
;

; For any airport, you can override its coordinates (lat/lon/alt), and
; its display name (only relevant to autower's informational messages).
; If you want to change specific settings for an ICAO, just define a
; corresponding section name in brackets (e.g., for Los Angeles Intl.,
; insert a section named "[KLAX]"). Then add the values to modify (you
; can change "Name", "Latitude", "Longitude", and "Altitude").
; Note that while the settings are independent (i.e., you could
; override only the name, or only the altitude), the latitude and
; longitude settings are interdependent. In other words, you must
; override either both, or none, of them.

; A complete example, along with extensive comments, is shown below.
