We'll leave it in #ifdefed off for the time being, but there is no reason for us to compile most of it and no need to keep it around for purposes of reducing the merge burden anymore now that we are at feature parity.

However, 10.6-specific code will be left in the build since it can run PPC software and so as to not intentionally break a future 10.6 port.
