There is also a brotli update, so we'll take the rest of the (trivial) woff2 patches at the same time, and save ots for later.

I can't build right now. brotli/moz.build complains the tree lacks these files:

+ common/constants.c
+ common/context.c
+ common/platform.c
+ common/transform.c

+ enc/command.c
+ enc/encoder_dict.c
+ enc/fast_log.c

I can't see them in 7c24b77 , but since fpr27b1 is up, it must be you have them locally? Just letting you know. Thanks!
